September 2010 - March 2011 training guide
Our training guide has been revised to help practitioners to achieve competency across core areas of housing related support, relevant to specific levels of experience or roles. The courses now form five streams according to job roles across the sector. Within each stream we have, with input from members, identified several core courses that are deemed essential to successful job performance.
Apart from signposting courses that Sitra recommends for practitioners at each key level, the guide can facilitate the identification of clear routes for progression for individuals and teams.
