How it works

You choose the date, location and course content of your event. Inhouse training is planned and delivered around your specific requirements providing either Sitra core courses public courses programme, tailored core courses or bespoke tailor-made courses to you. We can provide courses in the areas of:

  • Law, Policy and Regulation
  • Health and Social Care
  • Frontline and Service Delivery
  • Working with service users
  • Personal and professional development
  • Human resources, leadership and management

We provide:

  • The trainer (who provides course development and delivery)
  • Comprehensive course notes
  • Certificates for every participant
  • Evaluation on course completion.

You provide:

  • The venue (arrangement & payment)
  • Equipment (OHP and flipchart at a minimum)
